    Guiding Questions:

    • How do we write process logs for group work?

    Due Today:

Spot check  portfolios (each day another group will have portfolios checked). Please be sure your work is up to date and process logs are kept in order in the creation stage pocket.

Process logs are a reflection of your own work. If I take all 4 (or 5 logs) and read them side by side, they should give me a clear picture of what each individual contributed in that session.

Protocol for Group Work Process Logs

    1. Name of Individual
    2. Date
    3. Time Started
    4. Time Ended
    5. Duration (in minutes)
    6. What did I acomplish today? (Reflect on what you as an idividual did)
    7. What problems did our group solve today? (Reflect on the group process and what problems your group solved.)
    8. What did I learn as a result of this work today? (Reflect on what you learned about yourself, your group members, your ability to work in gorups, and/or any technical knowledge you gained, etc.)
    9. What are my next steps?

Your next step should appear in the next log’s accomplishments.

    Time

In class today we worked on the final draft of the design, collaborated on what the first three or four tasks of creation will be, and reviewed the common problems from the last assessment.

Homework Due Wednesday/Thursday (use Google Docs or bring evidence of work):

    1. Complete the allocation of the 7 Resources of Technology
    2. Begin the logical list of tasks to be done at the creation stage.
    3. Start playing the game according to your group’s plan.
